Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a return.

Eligibility

We accept returns on new, unworn, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at windiacommunications@gmail.com. We'll guide you through the process and provide further instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Any shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at windiacommunications@gmail.com.
